Service Agreements

Wales Removals offers comprehensive moving services tailored to meet your specific needs. Our services include packing, transportation, unpacking, and storage solutions. By contracting our services, you agree to provide accurate information about your belongings to ensure a smooth relocation process.

Booking and Scheduling

All services must be booked in advance. Availability is subject to operational constraints and prior bookings. We reserve the right to adjust schedules to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, ensuring minimal disruption to your moving plans.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, which will be applied toward your total cost.

Pricing and Estimates

Our pricing structure is transparent and based on the volume of items, distance of the move, and additional services required. Detailed estimates are provided upon request and are subject to change based on final assessments conducted on the day of the move.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule their bookings by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total service cost.

Force Majeure

Wales Removals is not liable for delays or failures in service resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.

Liability and Insurance

We prioritize the safety and security of your belongings. Therefore, all items are insured against potential damage or loss during transit. The standard insurance coverage is included in our service fee, but additional coverage is available upon request for high-value items.

Claims for Damaged or Lost Items

In the event of damage or loss, clients must file a claim within 14 days of the move's completion. Detailed documentation, including photographs and inventory lists, is required to process claims efficiently.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all items are properly packed and labeled, unless packing services are included in the service package. It is also the client's duty to provide accurate addresses and access information for both pickup and delivery locations.

Prohibited Items

Wales Removals does not transport hazardous materials, including but not limited to explosives, flammable substances, and toxic chemicals. Please inform us in advance if you require the moving of any specialized items that may have specific handling requirements.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Data Security

All client data is stored securely and is accessible only by authorized personnel. We employ industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of your personal information.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be addressed through amicable negotiations between the client and Wales Removals. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to the appropriate legal authorities in accordance with Welsh law.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wales. By engaging our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Wales.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Wales Removals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Effective Date

All amendments to the terms and conditions become effective immediately upon posting on our official communication channels. It is the client's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
